1. ABOUT US AND THESE TERMS 
1.1 "We", "us", or "our" refers to Gilded Partners Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13620309. Our registered office is located at ​​71-75, Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. “You” or “your” refers to any individual purchasing from or selling goods to us under these terms. 
1.2 These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern all transactions for the purchase or sale of goods between you and Gilded Partners Ltd. 
1.3 You must be at least 18 years of age and a UK resident to transact with us. 
1.4 Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order. By transacting with us, you confirm that you accept these Terms. Summary of Key Consumer Rights: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. 2. IMPORTANT INFORMATION 
2.1 Please note that you do not have a statutory right to cancel an order for precious metals. See Section 14 for full details. 
2.2 We do not offer investment, financial, or tax advice and are not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). You should seek independent professional advice regarding investment decisions or tax matters. 
2.3 Precious metal values fluctuate. There is no guarantee you will be able to sell goods at a profit.

5. PLACING AN ORDER 
5.1 You may enquire via our website or by contacting us directly. We will provide you with detailed product and pricing information, ID requirements, and estimated delivery details. 
5.2 By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods. A contract is only formed once we confirm your order. 
5.3 Orders are subject to successful ID verification and full payment. 
5.4 We reserve the right to reject any order and will notify you accordingly. No payment will be taken (or a refund issued) for rejected orders. 

6. PRICING 
6.1 Prices are quoted in GBP and exclude delivery unless otherwise stated. Precious metal prices fluctuate, and final pricing will be confirmed prior to order acceptance. 
6.2 We may change prices at any time but will honour confirmed orders unless there is an error. 
6.3 In the event of a pricing error, you will be offered the option to confirm the corrected price or cancel the order. 

7. AVAILABILITY
Product availability is not guaranteed. If a product becomes unavailable after your order, we will notify you and issue a refund if payment was made. 

8. AMENDING YOUR ORDER 
If you wish to modify your order, contact us promptly. We will try to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee it. 

9. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS 
9.1 Product descriptions are available on our website. Images are for illustration purposes and may differ from delivered goods. 

10. PAYMENT 
10.1 We accept card payments, bank transfers, and cheques. 
10.2 Payment must be successfully received before goods are dispatched. Failed payments will result in cancellation. 
10.3 Bank transfers must be from accounts in your name and within the specified timeframe. 
10.4 Cheques must be from an account in your name and are processed upon readiness for dispatch. 

11. ID VERIFICATION 
11.1 Orders over £5,000 require identity verification. We may cancel orders if documentation is not provided. 
11.2 We typically require: One photographic ID (e.g., passport or driving licence) One proof of address (dated within the last 3 months) 
11.3 Your data will be securely processed using our ID verification provider. 

12. DELIVERY 
12.1 Orders are shipped to the address provided during ordering. 
12.2 Inspect goods upon receipt and report any issues promptly. 
12.3 Risk transfers to you upon delivery. We are not liable for loss or damage post-delivery. 
12.4 Delivery options and costs will be provided during order placement. 
12.5 Delivery timelines are estimates unless specifically agreed. 
12.6 Delays due to circumstances beyond our control are not our liability. 

13. STORAGE 
We do not offer storage services. You are responsible for arranging safe storage upon receipt of your goods. 

14. CANCELLATION RIGHTS 
14.1 Due to market fluctuations, precious metal orders are not cancellable under consumer law. 
14.2 Cancellations are only accepted if goods are faulty or misdescribed, or under our voluntary buyback programme (see Section 16). 

15. FAULTY GOODS 
15.1 We are legally obligated to supply goods that conform to our agreement with you. 
15.2 Report faulty items within 30 days for a refund. Within 6 months, you may request a replacement if a fault is proven. 

16. BUYBACK POLICY 
16.1 You may contact us to request a buyback after a 24-month holding period. We are not obligated to accept early buybacks. 16.2 We will confirm whether we accept the goods and the buyback price based on condition and market value. 
16.3 If the goods are acceptable, a binding contract forms upon our confirmation. 
16.4 We may reject goods not meeting our standards. Unaccepted goods will be returned to you. 
16.5 For graded coins, our standard rate is spot gold price + 5%. 
16.6 You are responsible for securely packaging and insuring goods sent for buyback. 
16.7 Upon receipt and inspection, we will process payment if goods meet expectations. Revised offers must be accepted before payment. 

17. EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL 
We are not responsible for failure or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. 

18. LIABILITY 
18.1 We exclude liability except where it cannot be legally excluded (e.g., personal injury, fraud). We are not liable for: Unforeseeable losses Losses not caused by our breach Business-related losses Losses incurred by non-consumers 

19. THIRD PARTY RIGHTS 
Only you and Gilded Partners Ltd have rights under these Terms. 

20. COMPLAINTS 
If you’re unhappy, please contact us. If unresolved, you may pursue Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) or legal action through the courts. 

21. GOVERNING LAW 
21.1 These Terms are governed by English law. 
21.2 Any disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales or the part of the UK where you reside.
